Creating your account is step one. Before you can accept payments, you need to complete verification. This page lists exactly what you'll need, so you can gather everything up front and get verified in one pass.
Verify your email address and phone number first. You won't be able to start identity verification until both are confirmed — this is the most common reason accounts get stuck early on.

Once your details are in, you'll complete verification through Veriff, our identity provider, which opens in a new tab and takes a few minutes. If Veriff isn't available, you can submit your documents for manual review instead.
Make sure your ID photos are sharp, well lit, and show all four corners of the document. Blurred or cropped photos are the most common cause of rejection.
This unlocks the API and higher transaction limits. Every business needs a business name and business address, plus the documents for its type.

Your submission moves through these states:
If something is missing or unclear, your submission is marked Rejected with a reason attached. Fix what's flagged and submit again — there's no penalty for resubmitting, and your previous information is kept.
Business document review usually takes 1–2 business days.
Your account cannot accept payments until verification is complete. Signing up alone is not enough.
